Eight practical answers
Commercial terms and control points
Reference values come from the 2026 capability plan. Final MOQ, lead time, certification and shipping commitments are confirmed in writing for the exact product and order.
What is the minimum trial order?
Standard textiles start at 300 units per SKU, custom bathroom amenities at 1,000 sets per SKU, and F&B textiles at 500 units per SKU. A mixed-category container is reviewed from 5,000 sets or an equivalent volume, subject to one production and shipment plan.
How long do sampling and production take?
Stock samples usually take 3–5 days. Custom samples take 7–12 days after artwork, material and specification confirmation. Mass production is commonly planned at 18–30 days after sample approval and deposit; custom formula or packaging can take 25–35 days.
Which certificates and test reports can be reviewed?
The acceptance framework can include ISO 9001 / ISO 14001, BSCI or Sedex options, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, FDA 21 CFR / LFGB or GB 4806 where applicable, REACH / RoHS / Prop 65 screening, and ISTA packaging references. A general certificate does not cover every factory or SKU; current controlled copies must be matched to the exact legal entity, material and order scope.
What quality controls are recorded?
Incoming material is recorded against fibre, weight, width, colour code and ID. In-process inspection samples dimensions, stitching, filling, assembly and appearance. Finished products use AQL 2.5 as an inspection reference. Shrinkage, colourfastness and critical-defect closure are recorded in the project file.
Which Incoterms and shipping routes are discussed?
FOB, CIF and DDP may be reviewed according to destination, HS code, delivery appointment and document requirements. Route availability, freight and delivery timing are confirmed only after packing, volume, weight and destination details are supplied.
Can multiple categories ship together?
Yes. Approved categories can share one project file and one packing list. A consolidation buffer is planned before the vessel or air cut-off; final feasibility depends on the selected factories, quantities, carton profile and destination.
Which export documents are prepared?
The core file can include commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin or Form E, and requested test reports. Controlled copies are matched to the final shipment. Where a letter of credit or destination rule applies, the exact document list must be confirmed before loading.
How quickly can a quotation be reviewed?
A complete brief targets a first response within 24 business hours. Custom formulas, BOM changes, tooling or new packaging may require additional technical review before commercial terms can be confirmed.
