Quality Control

Quality Checks at Every Critical Stage

Material, in-process, final and pre-shipment checks keep production aligned with the approved sample.

Four stages

Inspection points through production

Each stage produces records, and any issue is handled within an agreed response time so production stays on schedule.

  1. 01

    Incoming material

Material and components inspected against the agreed specification on arrival.

  2. 02

    In-process

Checks during production, not only at the end, so problems are caught early.

  3. 03

    Final product

Appearance, function and finish reviewed against the approved sample.

  4. 04

    Pre-shipment

Quantity, packaging and labels verified to AQL 2.5 before loading.
